The WorkPro portal sends automated reminders for expiring Licences, Tickets and Documents. These are sent out 90, 60 and 30 days before the expiry date.
The automated reminders cannot be customised.
Please note that expiry notifications are not sent automatically for probity checks. To set up a reminder for these, please see the below screenshot taken from the WorkPro home dashboard:
