As a workforce compliance and job-readiness platform, it is critical that the documents used for background screening can be authenticated, and the photographic evidence in those documents can be accurately validated for the individual to build trust in the hiring process.

WorkPro will therefore include biometric facial verification across all background checks, and, where possible, in credential management, for example a driver licence check.

If a biometric is required for a check, the user will be invited to complete the identity check as an initial first step. Once completed the individual will move on to complete the check.

If a biometric is required for other background checks or credentials, the existing bio check will be automatically populated to fulfil this step.
