Step 1: The candidate will take a Live Selfie (PC or mobile)

The person can choose to upload a selfie or complete a live selfie using the device’s camera.
This helps confirm that a real person is present at the time of verification and creates a biometric facial signature.

Step 2: Candidate will upload their identity document
Next, the candidate will be prompted to upload your Government Issued photo ID, such as a driver’s licence, passport, or other government-issued document.

Step 3: The system will match using AI

WorkPro uses Microsoft’s AI-powered facial recognition technology will compare the selfie with the photo on the uploaded ID. This confirms that the ID belongs to the person who took the selfie.

Step 4: Confirmation

If everything matches, the identity is verified and a credential will be applied to the document.

Security & Privacy

WorkPro does not store the liveness test, however the identity document is retained to fulfil legal and audit obligations and destroyed in line with the legislation and privacy laws.
