WorkPro is committed to maintaining the highest standards of data security and protecting the
confidentiality, integrity and availability of our customers information. As an ISO 27007 certified
organisation we have implemented a comprehensive information Security management System
(ISMS) that aligns with internationally recognised best practice. Part of this requirement is to
deploy Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across all WorkPro customer accounts.
Follow these steps to initiate MFA.
Before you can activate MFA, ever WorkPro Administrator needs their own username and password. Follow this User Guide to create new Users, and assign Administrator access.
Tip: If you want to use a shard inbox for WorkPro notifications, enter the shared email address in the NOTIFICATION EMAIL field, using the Users email address as their Username.
Step 1: If you do not have an authenticator app on your mobile device, download one before you
can activate MFA. Go to the App Store on your mobile and search for ‘Google Authenticator’ or
‘Microsoft Authenticator’ as examples.
Step 2: Sign into WorkPro with your unique username and ‘continue’ to enter your password or
‘Continue with Microsoft or Google’ if you have Single Sign On activated.
Step 3: A message advising that Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now available will display. Please select ‘yes’.
Step 4: Scan the QR code on the WorkPro screen, using your Authenticator App:
Click ‘Continue’
Step 5: Open your Authenticator App, and enter the code shown in ‘WorkPro AU Portal’.
Click ‘Continue’. You will now be logged into WorkPro. Note that if you do not select ‘Do not ask for 14 days’ you will be expected to re-authenticate each time you log in to WorkPro natively.
