Due to the new Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) regulations that have been in place since 1 January 2025, certificates cannot be downloaded to prevent sharing with any other party.

A candidate has a copy of their Certificate in their WorkPro account for a period of 90 days after which time, access to the certificate is revoked.
