Once a WorkPro request is sent, candidates are sent automated alerts from the WorkPro platform via email and SMS (if you have SMS enabled on your account).
There are 2 types of reminders sent:
- Request reminders (Request token not yet entered)
- Task reminders (Token entered, but tasks remain outstanding)
Both types of reminders are sent at 3, 8, and 13 days:

Task reminders
Any additional reminders can be manually "re-sent" through WorkPro via Admin > Requests
