You can track the Status of a candidate request via the Assessments section against the candidate record.
WorkPro Package Status Updates:
- Pending: Package request has been sent to the candidate
- In Progress: Candidate has logged in and started completing tasks (live updates on the number of tasks remaining e.g. 1/4 tasks completed)
- Completed: All requested tasks have been completed
- Rejected: Request was unable to be sent – refer to status update for further details
The Assessments section provides real-time visibility over WorkPro requests sent and task completion data. WorkPro package name will be displayed when submitted, and tasks/associated results documents will be added as they are completed.
