When there is an issue submitted a WorkPro request via the integration, the WorkPro Results column will be marked as 'Rejected'



Refer to the Candidate Notes section for futher details. 


Possible reasons for errors include: 

  • Insufficient data on candidate record
  • Duplicate package request 
  • User sending the request does not have access/permission to do so:
    • site access restrictions
    • user roles not/incorrectly assigned within WorkPro
