You can track the Status of a candidate request via the WorkPro Results column of your chosen section (Applicaitons, Placements, Candidates). 


 

WorkPro Results Column Status Updates: 

  • Submitted: Package request has been received for the candidate 
    • note: for Candidate section requests, it's possible to update to Rejected once polled
  • In Progress: Candidate has logged in and started completing tasks 
  • Completed: All requested tasks have been completed 
  • Rejected: Request was unable to be sent – refer to Candidate Notes for further details 


The Candidate Activity section provides real-time visibility over WorkPro requests sent and task completion data. WorkPro package name and tasks will be added as a Note to the Candidate Activities section as they are sent.

For Candidates configuration - WorkPro package name is added to the Candidate Activities section when polled and request sent
