There are two options to purchasing Australian Police Checks:

1. You can pre-purchase a small number of checks

2. You can be invoiced for the service.

1. Pre-Purchase

If you only need a small number of checks each year, then you can pre-purchase checks in your WorkPro account using a credit card. Pre-purchasing checks is idea for organisations who wish to purchase between 10 and 24 checks each year.

Once the payment is successful, the checks will be available in your account, and you can start using the service.

The system will automatically alert you via email when you have used 80% of the pre-purchased checks.

You need to pre-purchase a minimum of 10 checks to use this service and you will have 12-month to use the checks.

The checks are only available to organisations who have signed an Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) Agreement. If you do not have a current Agreement and would like to use this service, please send an email to WorkPro.

2. Subscription

If you have a larger number of checks to administer, then you can use the service and be invoiced at the end of each month.

The criteria for this billing model is for more than 24 checks in a 12-month period.
