WorkPro's licence function can behave in 2 ways: 

1. Client can upload a licence against a candidate record from the Licences & Tickets tab against the Candidate Summary screen, or 
2. Client sends a request to the candidate to upload or share a licence

Client Upload

When a client has uploaded the licence, licence operation and functionality is outlined below: 

• Client can View/Edit/Delete/Transfer.
• Candidate cannot View/Edit/Delete/Share.

The "closed lock" icon indicates licences that have been uploaded by the client, and therefor not shown to the candidate. There is the option to transfer rights to the candidate. 

Transfer Licence to candidate

Once "Transfer to Candidate" has been selected, licence operation and functionality is outlined below:

• Candidate can View/Edit/Delete/Share.
• Client can View/Remove.

The "open lock" icon indicates licenses that have been uploaded by the client and transferred to candidate. This action cannot be reversed.

Delete Licence

If"Delete Licence" is selected, licence operation and functionality is outlined below:

• The uploaded licence is deleted
• The association or sharing (request) for that site is also deleted
• Client cannot View/Edit/Delete/Transfer.
• Candidate cannot View/Edit/Delete/Share.

This action can only be completed when the client has ownership rights over the licence and cannot be reversed.

Candidate Upload

When a candidate has uploaded a licence on request from the client, licence operation and functionality is outlined below: 

• Candidate can View/Edit/Delete/Share.
• Client can View/Remove.
• Association or sharing request for that licence and site is completed (disappears from candidate dashboard).

Candidate Shares Licence

If a candidate already has an existing licence against their profile, the licence can be "shared" when requested. Licence operation and functionality is outlined below:

• Candidate can View/Edit/Delete/Share.
• Client can View/Remove.
• Association or sharing request for that licence and site is completed (disappears from candidate dashboard).
• Other sites (licence is shared with) can View/Remove.

Client Removes Licence

Where the licence ownership rights belong to the candidate (either by candidate upload or client transfer of ownership), the client does not have the option to "delete", only "Remove Licence".  If "Remove Licence" is selected, licence operation and functionality is outlined below:

• The uploaded licence is not deleted.
• The association or sharing (request) for that site is deleted.
• Client cannot View/Edit/Delete/Transfer.
• Candidate can View/Edit/Delete/Share.
• Other sites (licence is shared with) can View/Remove.

Candidate Unshares Licence

• Candidate can View/Edit/Delete/Share.
• Client cannot View/Edit/Delete/Transfer.
• Association or sharing request for that licence and site changes to pending.
• Other sites (licence is shared with) can View/Remove

Candidate Deletes Licence

• The licence is deleted
• Any association or sharing request for that licence and site is not deleted and changes to pending.
• Candidate cannot View/Edit/Delete/Share.
• Client cannot View/Edit/Delete/Transfer.
