You will first need to login to your existing profile. If you are sent an email/text request, click on the link in the email OR go to www.workpro.com.au, 'Login/Sign Up' and choose the Country/Region (AUS or NZ) to login.


Once logged in, click on the Account tab and click the blue [Change] button above your email address.


Once clicking (change) the below popup will apear. Select YES to continue.

Enter your new email address and click the 'Send Verification Code' button


A verification code will be sent to your the nominated email. Copy the code from your email, paste against your Profile where prompted and click 'Verify Code'

Once successful, you will see the following screen. Click 'Ok' to verify the changes against your profile.

Your newly verified email address will now be your username going forward. You will need this email/username to login to your WorkPro account going forward.
