eLearning Library

Your WorkPro eLearning subscription gives you access to all modules. You can send as many modules as you need in a single candidate request.  The library can be found here: https://www.workpro.com.au/inductions-and-e-learning/modules-library

Creating Packages

You can choose to create packages for your organisation which is a quick way for a team to allocate tasks. Packages is also a way to establish a consistent standard eLearning program (amongst other tasks) for a group of workers, site, project, or workforce. The user guide for creating packages can be accessed HERE.

You do not have to set up packages, however it is simply a short-cut to allow you to send out multiple modules at once.

eLearning Module Portability

A WorkPro candidate profile is portable from employer to employer.

If a candidate has a WorkPro profile:

  • Ask them for their unique WorkPro ID (CIN).
  • Enter this, along with their surname and ‘search’ on the WorkPro dashboard.
  • You can view their profile and determine if you need to send any further learning.
  • If you need to send them additional modules, select ‘New Request’ on the top right.
  • Select either the Package or eLearning modules and ‘Send Request’.

Hint: You can send a new request as a package or select individual modules to send. If you are sending a pre-set package, if their module is still current, the candidate will not be asked to re-complete the same module again.

Sending a Request to New Candidate

Step 1: Select ‘New Request’ from the dashboard, and select ‘Send a request to a new Candidate’

Step 2: Complete the Candidate details screen, including a valid email address and/or mobile number (if your company has a current subscription for this service). Select the Package or individual eLearning modules and ‘Send Request’.

Once you send the request or package, WorkPro will automatically track the request, and send 3 automated reminders if the task/s remain outstanding.

You can view all requests and tasks by searching for the candidate and opening the ‘Request/Tasks’ tab.

Once the candidate has completed a module or modules, you will receive an email notification. Your role is to log in to the WorkPro dashboard and produce the learning certificate as proof of completion and as part of your compliance audit trail.

Viewing eLearning Module Completion and Producing the Learning Certificate

There are two ways to view and produce learning certificates for one or multiple candidates:

  1. Search for a single candidate and produce the eLearning certificate:

Step 1: From the Home dashboard, filter/search the candidate name.

Step 2: Open the candidate profile and select ‘View’ to see all completed tasks and requests.

Select ‘eLearning’ to display all completed eLearning modules. The drop-down arrow on the right will show the assessment details including the number of attempts and score.

Under Verification Summary, select ‘Verify Results’ to produce the eLearning certificate.

  1. Produce eLearning Certificates in Bulk:

Step 1: Using the filter function, select ‘eLearning’ and the status of ‘Not Verified’

Step 2: Select ‘Actions’ then ‘Bulk Induction Verification’

Step 3: Select the candidates you want to produce the eLearning certificate and ‘Verify Candidates’.

Once validated, the eLearning certificate will be stored against the candidate profile automatically.

Compliance Management

Insights are a visual overview of compliance gaps. You can select a particular site or date range.

To check on eLearning compliance, select ‘Expired Compliance Tasks’ or Compliance Tasks Expiring in the next 30 days.

Select eLearning to show any candidate who may need to complete refresher or new eLearning.

To send them a new request, follow the instructions in this Guide.

There are also various Reports available for eLearning, found in the ‘Reports’ from the Home Dashboard:
