While Single Sign On (SSO) can be a powerful and convenient tool to use when access any webpage, including WorkPro, it can cause issues for users.


If you are using a computer that is a shared computer, it is inadvisable to use SSO.


As more than a single person is using the same computer, there is no way of knowing whose profile is logged into the system. This means that were you to attempt to log into WorkPro with your credentials and someone else's were saved for SSO, it would log into their profile.


If you think that your system has had SSO activated and it is causing issues for you to log in and use WorkPro, please email info@workpro.com.au and we can remove the SSO from the WorkPro profile.
