If you have submitted a probity check and need to cancel it, please email info@workpro.com.au the same day that you submitted the check.
Please include the candidate name and the check type. Once you send the email, you can expect to received an automated response confirming receipt of the request.
If you do not make the request same day, you may be subject to a cancellation fee if the check process has commenced. The table below shows the cancellation policy:
Any cancellation fee will be included in your monthly invoice.
Timeframe for when an 'Order Cancellation' is given | Percentage of fee charged |
Day 0 = Day of order i.e. the day the request is submitted or emailed to WorkPro | 0% |
Day 1 = 24 hours after the screening request is in progress | 25% |
Day 2 = 48 hours after the screening request is in progress | 75% |
Day 3 onwards = 72 hours after the screening request is in progress | 100% |
WorkPro is charged similar fees from the associated agencies and institutions used to conduct these checks.
