If you have submitted a probity check and need to cancel it, please email info@workpro.com.au the same day that you submitted the check.
Please include the candidate name and the check type. Once you send the email, you can expect to receive a response confirming receipt of the request.
If you do not make the request same day, you may be subject to a cancellation fee if the check process has commenced. The table below shows the cancellation policy:
Any cancellation fee will be included in your monthly invoice.

| Day 1 = 24 hours after the screening request is in progress | 25% |
| Day 2 = 48 hours after the screening request is in progress | 75% |
| Day 3 onwards = 72 hours after the screening request is in progress | 100% |
WorkPro is charged similar fees from the associated agencies and institutions used to conduct these checks.
