Once you have received notification that the candidate licence or ticket is expiring, provided you need to have or want an updated copy of the license or ticket, you will need to send a request from WorkPro, to the candidate, to update the license or ticket.
Once the request has been sent, they will receive a single use token to use in the WorkPro platform, to upload the documents to their profile.
When they have uploaded the documents, you will receive a notification that the request has been completed.
