- Your name and contact details (for ticket lodgement)
- Contact details of your FastTrack Account Manager
- Web API User username
- Web API User password

Step 4: Pre-configure the Connection
Works below this comment will not commence until a Sales Agreement has been signed/entered into. Upon deal closure, a FastTrack Enterprise Integration UA will be created against your Account for invoicing.
WorkPro will liaise with your FastTrack Account manager to obtain required details.
Before proceeding, WorkPro need to determine:
- Whether you have any custom licences, documents, or eLearning modules within the platform
- Whether you already have existing Skills configured in FastTrack
Custom Objects
When you have any of the below custom objects, the unique Import Code will need to be added to WorkPro's pre-defined Skills Group.
Where you have significant custom objects, WorkPro will create a script for FastTrack to run to import these custom objects. For only a few custom items, these Skills can be manually created within WorkPro's predefined groups (once imported in Step 5).
Existing FastTrack Skills
WorkPro will need to liaise with you to map existing Skills configured in FastTrack to WorkPro’s pre-defined Skills Group.
This process involves manually renaming and moving skill groups within FastTrack.
New Integration Clients
A custom URL will be created by WorkPro development team for the iFrame portion of the integration to function
Step 5: Finalise the Connection
Once pre-configuration has been completed, FastTrack will run a script within your environment to create WorkPro's pre-defined Skills Group.
Where you have custom or re-mapped skills, a hybrid approach of script (possibly custom scrip) and manual Skill creation may be required.
The appropriate Import Code must present against any Skill (custom, or re-mapped) for the flow of webhook data to work.
New Integration
The custom URL will be provided to you for configuration.
You are required to follow FastTrack instructions here to configure the WorkPro iFrame.
Support with this process is available by you logging a ticket via the FastTrack Customer Support Help Desk.
