Sometimes further information is requested by the Agency releasing the information and is required to finalise the check. Delays in providing the additional information will delay the timeframe to finalise the check. Note that the originally quoted turnaround time guide is voided for all requests for information.  

Once a request for information has been sent, WorkPro will send reminders every 36hrs until a response has been received, to finalise the check in a timely manner. 

If an RFI response is not received after 4 follow up attempts, the check will be automatically cancelled and you will be billed 100% of the original check price.
