WorkPro can remove the employment medical check entirely from platform.


Candidate has actioned the check

If a candidate has already submitted their check details, WorkPro are required to liaise with our partner provider to cancel the employment medical check.


The check will remain on your dashboard and the candidate profile with a status of "Cancelled"


If an appointment has been booked

All components can be cancelled free of charge up to 24hrs prior to the appointment time.


A late cancellation fee will apply for all appointments cancelled within 24hrs of the appointment time. Should you be charged a late cancellation fee, this check price will be updated EOM when you are billed.
