A new request can be sent to the same candidate working for the same company UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. If the candidate has not used the first Token, i.e in the Request Tracking filter, the Token Used Date is blank.
2. If the candidate has used the Token and the new request contains exactly the same tasks, those new tasks will not open in their account if it is within 90 days of those previous tasks being completed. In this case, please contact our Customer Success Team at info@workpro.com.au so that the tasks can be requested manually. Please note that if the request is for eLearning modules that the candidate has already completed and are still current, these will not open up as new tasks for the candidate. You can bring those results over to that candidate's listing in your WorkPro account by using the Import Candidate function under the Actions tab on the Home dashboard using the candidate's WorkPro ID and surname.
4. If the request contains new tasks, the request will be sent and can be actioned by the candidate.
