A candidate’s visa will be checked against the Department of Home Affairs VEVO database once every 5-7 days.

If there is a change to the visa, a new certificate will be produced and stored against the candidate's profile in the customers' account.

Changes to a work right will also be part of a report delivered via email overnight.

Every 90 days, a customer will be reminded to re-activate the next 90 day automatic re-check cycle. This can be done with a single button click in the WorkPro platform.
