WorkPro offers an automatic work rights polling function.

1. Once a candidate record is checked against the VEVO database using WorkPro's secure integration, the WorkPro program will automatically continue to re-check the candidate against the VEVO database every 3 days in a 90 day cycle.

Any change to a work right will automatically produce a new certificate containing the change which will be stored against the candidate's record in the WorkPro platform, and a report will automatically be produced and emailed to the customer every day, containing the candidate's name and any work right change.

2. After 90 days, a customer will be reminded to review their candidate's and instantly add them to the next 90-day automated checking cycle. The customer also has the option to archive the candidate.

A customer can also conduct a VEVO re-check of their candidate's outside of the automated cycle
