1. Ensure that you are using either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your Internet browser.

2. If you are unable to see any text boxes to select in an acknowledgement window or any answers to select in an assessment, please log out and log back in again as this normally fixes the issue.

3. If you don't achieve the required pass mark for an assessment, have another read of the information by navigating through the section headings in the panel on the left hand side of the page, take notes where necessary and attempt the assessment again slowly. You have unlimited attempts to complete the assessments.

4. Remember to click 'Save and Continue' when you are completing any acknowledgements or assessments.
