You are required to provide a valid mobile number when you sign up to WorkPro.


For our NZ friends:

Your mobile number must start with '02' and contain the minimum required characters for a valid mobile number


For our AU friends:

Your mobile number must start with '04' or '+614' and contain the minimum required characters for a valid mobile number


Your mobile number is an important way for WorkPro to verify your identity when you contact our Customer Success Team for assistance. It also allows for our Customer Success Team to reach out to you and discuss any concerns with a task you are completing in WorkPro.
