Once you have completed any module in WorkPro, the company that requested you to complete the module or modules will receive an email notification. They paid for your eLearning, and will be able to view the information and completion, and be able to download evidence of this completion.

A record of the completion is available for you to view in your digital online WorkPro profile, however, the learning certificate is the property of the company that paid for you to complete the learning.

If a company that does not subscribe or use WorkPro has asked for a copy of the learning module, you need to advise them that the certificate and this information is private to the company that paid for the training. 

They can contact WorkPro directly if they have any further questions or would like to know more about our eLearning modules.

Should you want or need a copy of the certificate, you need to speak to the company that asked you to do the modules, and ask them for a copy of the certificate. It will be their choice to provide you with a copy.
