Once you have completed any module in WorkPro, the company that requested you to complete the module or modules will receive an email notification. They paid for this eLearning, and will be able to view the information and completion, and be able to download evidence of this completion.

A record of the completion is available for you to view in your digital online WorkPro profile, however, the certificate is the property of the company that paid for you to complete the eLearning.

Should you want or need a copy of the certificate, you need to speak to the company that asked you to do the modules, and ask them for a copy of the certificate. It will be their choice to provide you with a copy.
