The only way for you to have multiple WorkPro profiles is if you have changed mobile number or email and the system recognises you as a new registration.
It is not possible to merge your WorkPro profiles if you have accidentally created multiple accounts.
Our advice is:
1. Log in to both of your profiles
2. Make a note of the tasks completed and any expiry date
3. Decide which profile you'd like to keep - noting the username for that profile
4. Once you have decided which profile is the most current or up to date, log into the other WorkPro profile and select ‘Delete WorkPro account’.
All of your employment information and any completed tasks are now in one profile only.
