The only way for you to have multiple WorkPro profiles is if you have changed mobile number or email and the system recognises you as a new registration. 

 

It is not possible to merge your WorkPro profiles if you have accidentally created multiple accounts. 

 

Our advice is: 

 

1. Log in to both of your profiles 

2. Make a note of the tasks completed and any expiry date 

3.  Decide which profile you'd like to keep - noting the username for that profile

4. Once you have decided which profile is the most current or up to date, log into the other WorkPro profile and select ‘Delete WorkPro account’. This option can be found in your Account Details section, which is accessible by clicking on your initials at the bottom left-hand corner of the page and then clicking on the arrow that appears.

 

Your employment information and any completed tasks from the remaining profile will still be available, however everything from the deleted profile will be removed.
