If you subscribe to WorkPro's eLearning service, you receive the following:
- Full access to WorkPro's entire learning modules library. The library is practical learning that assist employers to meet their legal obligation as it relates to important work safety and compliance information that is designed to inform employees of certain risks and hazards in their work and keep them safe. WorkPro takes responsibility for keeping module content up to date and refreshed.
- An onboarding session that is recorded for your future use.
- Australian based phone and email support for your business and users
- Your own private dashboard to deliver, track and manage everything with ease.
- Live knowledge base and user guides for support when you need it.
Your private dashboard displays candidate information and stores learning records for each user, including date, time, assessment result and expiry date.
Insights informs you of impending expiries to help you easily manage workforce compliance.
An eLearning subscription is volume based and current for 12 months. A price guide can be accessed here.
As you use the service, your usage is being measured. As you draw on 75% of your purchased volume, we will send you an email alert letting you know that you may need to negotiate a new Agreement. At 100%, you will also receive an email alert that you have used the agreed volume and to contact WorkPro to establish a new Agreement for eLearning. You will not be able to use WorkPro should your usage reach 100%.
As your Agreement is expiring, we will send you an email alert 90, 60 and 30 days from Agreement expiry. Because an eLearning subscription is volume based with a further 25% additional units at no further cost, once the Agreement expires, all residual eLearning units will be expired and not able to be carried forward to a new Agreement.
You have the option of reducing your volume every year, however, if we do not hear from you, your Agreement will auto-renew automatically and you will sent the next invoice for the same volume automatically. It is up to you to manage your subscription, but we are here to help anytime.
