If you have completed a WorkPro eLearning module, believe it is still valid and another employer has sent you a request asking you to complete the same module again, provide the new employer with your WorkPro ID (located in the Profile Details section of your WorkPro account, which is accessible by clicking on your initials in the bottom left hand corner of the page and then clicking the arrow in the small pop-up window that opens up).
If they have a WorkPro subscription, they will log in to their WorkPro Account and enter your ID along with your last name to search for your profile in WorkPro, and view any completed modules and produce a new learning certificate.
If the module has expired, the company will send you a new request to re-complete the module.
