If you are encountering issues completing the Identity Verification task in WorkPro, please see the below checklist for some suggestions, along with our trouble shooting article here:


1. Does your device have a working camera? - If you are using a computer, is it possible to use a smart phone instead, as the camera might be newer on a phone compared to the one on your computer.

2. Is the camera switched on or set to be accessible with the Internet browser you are using? Please look out for a notification asking you to allow the camera to be accessible. This may be the issue if you cannot see yourself in the camera window.

3. Are you using one of our preferred Internet browsers, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge?

4. Are there any pop up blockers that need to be switched off?

5. If you are seeing a brightness message, can  you see a checkbox that you can tick? Can you see a Continue button you can click? If not, can you scroll down the page and see them? If not, can you send us a screenshot of what you can see?

6. Is the lighting sufficient? If not, could you move to another room with better lighting - not too bright and not too dark - or perhaps even try outside?

7. Is the background in the photo as clear as possible, with minimal objects in the way?
