The WorkPro 'job-ready' feature is a new addition to our platform.

While we're excited about its potential, we're also actively fine-tuning it to ensure it delivers the best user experience.

Please email our Success team at [email protected] with your feedback and we will pass this to our product team for investigation.

In the meantime, you can manually edit the information in each section of your profile to make the corrections. We understand this isn’t ideal and truly appreciate your understanding as we improve the function.

Please note that the Job Title cannot be free text as it is based on a global occupation list, so you need to choose the job title that most closely aligns with your job from the prepopulated options.

Once the Job Title field has been entered, it can’t be removed so that it stays blank.
