Once you have created a WorkPro account and completed a task or uploaded a document, this information is securely stored in your personal digital profile.
If another subscribing WorkPro customer requests you to complete the same tasks, upload the same document or provide the same information, there are only two ways that you can share certain information in your personal digital profile with that organisation or company:
1. Provide them with your unique WorkPro Candidate Identification Number (WorkPro ID). Your WorkPro ID is allocated to you when you create a WorkPro account and complete your first task. This identifier is emailed to you and is visible available in your online profile.
The only information that you can share or make visible to a customer using this method includes:
- eLearning modules that you have completed
- Licences/Tickets/Accreditations that you have uploaded
- Australian Citizenship evidence
If you have completed a background check or entered referees in your WorkPro account, it is stored in your profile, however, is not automatically shared with another company if you provide them your WorkPro ID.
If a new background check is required, that company needs to send you new request and a Single Use Token, and once, entered you will need to check that your personal information and identity documents are current and correct and provide informed consent before a check can be processed on you.
