If you have an existing WorkPro profile which you haven't used for six months or more, you may need to verify your email address upon logging in again.  

 

Go to www.workpro.com.au and login to your account. You will be asked to verify your email address. Make sure the email address is correct and change it if you have updated your email address to a different one. Select ‘Send Verification Code’.

Please check your email and copy/paste the verification code you have received into the “Verification code” area in the above screen.

Once you have done this, click “Verify code”.

 

Once completed, your email address will be verified.
