When you register with WorkPro, you are are issued with a unique WorkPro ID, (previously known as a CIN or Candidate Identification Number).
You can find the WorkPro ID by logging into your profile, clicking on your initials in the bottom left hand corner and clicking the arrow in the small pop-up window that opens up. It is then shown on the top right hand side of the screen.
You might like to note your WorkPro ID on your CV.
WorkPro has not issued a PIN since 2017, so if a company is asking you for your WorkPro ID (or CIN) and PIN, provide them your WorkPro ID and let them know that WorkPro no longer issues a PIN. If you are filling in a form where you have been asked to provide your WorkPro PIN, you can use zeros instead.
Your WorkProID is unique to you. The purpose of issuing you with a WorkPro ID is so that you can share it with another WorkPro subscribing company so they can securely view your online employment profile. If they need you to complete the same tasks, you can prove you have already completed them.
If that company needs you to complete new tasks, they will send you a new request, and you can log back in your existing account to complete the new tasks for the new company.
If the company does not use WorkPro, they will not be able to view your profile, even if you provide them your WorkPro ID.
