Quick Tips before you start uploading:
1. You will need to upload both a front and back page of each licence or ticket. If there is no back page, you can simply upload the same photo of the front page a second time.
2. When a licence, ticket or document is due to expire, you will receive a reminder from WorkPro. If you are still working for the same recruiter or employer that you were working for when you uploaded the licence to WorkPro originally, you can update it by signing into your WorkPro account, selecting to Continue a Session and navigating to either Tasks >> Licences & Tickets or Tasks >> Documents. You can then click either Edit Licence or Edit Document in the drop-down menu next to the expiring identity document, amend the details as necessary and then upload the new photo/s. This will share the new document automatically with whichever recruiter/s or employer/s the expiring one was being "shared with". If you are no longer working for them, you can ignore the expiry reminder from WorkPro.
3. WorkPro is not the issuing office of the licence, ticket or document. You will need to contact the relevant issuing body to renew it.
