Quick Tips before you start your probity check: 

1. The documents required for each type of probity check will be outlined inside the check application.

2. Fill in all the required fields. If you cannot proceed to the next page, this usually means there is either missing information or missing documents. Look out for red borders or crosses to indicate what is missing.

3. Each attachment must be less than 5 megabytes in size, and we accept JPG, PNG or PDF formats.
