You will receive an email or text request to complete a Police Check OR you will be physically provided a Token and a web address to log in/sign-up to complete your police check.

Step 1: Login or Sign Up

If you are sent an email/text request, click on the link in the email OR go to workpro.com.au, ‘Login/Sign Up’ and choose the Country/Region (AUS or NZ). 


If you are not yet registered for WorkPro, click ‘CREATE YOUR WORKPRO ACCOUNT’ located at the bottom of the login box.

If you have a WorkPro account, enter your existing Username, ‘Continue’ and enter your WorkPro password or ‘Continue with Google or Microsoft’.




When you have signed up and/or logged in, enter the single use Token contained in the invitation and ‘Continue’.

Select ‘Background Checks’, and ‘Start’ the 100 POINT IDENTITY Application. 

Step 2: Complete the Application

You need to provide:

  • Names, First, Middle (if applicable) and Last 
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Current residential address and year moved in

Once all required information is correctly entered and saved, a green tick Checkmark  will appear against the section, and will allow you to move to the ‘Next’ step. 

Step 3: Upload Identity Documents (100 Points)

  • Select 1 x Category A Identity. Options of Category A Identity will be listed, and value of Points automatically calculated. 
  • Select 1 x Category B Identity. Options of Category B Identity will be listed. If Category B is not applicable, please select Category C. Value of Points will automatically calculate. 
  • If 100 points is no fulfilled, please add third Identity Document.
  • Your identity document has been successfully uploaded when you see a green ‘tick’ Checkmark against each individual upload field and the ‘next’ button appears.

Step 4: Acknowledge and sign Consent

Acknowledge and provide consent via selecting the click box and signing via finger, mouse or touch pen.
