Your employer or recruiter will need to send you a request Token to complete the check.

Quick Tips before you start your Employment Medical Check:

1. You need to enter a mobile number so that our partner company Jobfit can contact you within 24 hours to organise your medical appointment. Make sure that you are available on that mobile number and be available to answer if practical.

2. You will need to take your driver's licence or other photo identification to your Employment Medical Check. You will not be able to have your medical check without it.

2. If you wear spectacles, contact lenses or hearing aids, you must also bring them with you.

3. Not attending your scheduled appointment OR cancelling within 24hrs of the appointment time will result in additional fees for your employer or recruiter.
