If you have not used WorkPro before, you must create an account. If you have used WorkPro, your username is included in the invitation you've been sent via email.

Note that WorkPro is a separate company from your recruiter or employer and therefore you need a separate login to the platform.

Step 1: Login or Sign Up

If you are sent an email/text request, click on the link in the email OR go to workpro.com.au, ‘Login/Sign Up’ and choose the Country/Region (AUS or NZ).

If you are not yet registered for WorkPro, click ‘CREATE YOUR WORKPRO ACCOUNT’ located at the bottom of the login box.

If you have a WorkPro account, enter your existing Username, ‘Continue’ and enter your WorkPro password or ‘Continue with Google or Microsoft’.

When creating an Account:

You will need an email address to create a WorkPro profile.

Once you have entered your email, the system will send a verification code to your inbox. (Leave the website open while you retrieve the code so you can enter it back into the website.)

Once you’ve verified your email, enter your Legal name, as ‘First Name’ and ‘Surname’ as it appears on your ID. Do not use your nickname or abbreviations as this is how your name will display by default on any Background Checks or eLearning Verification certificates your recruiter or employer may require of you.

Enter your mobile number to ensure you receive notifications of any future requests or reminders and create a password to complete the account setup.

Login Using Your Microsoft or Google account:

Before you can LOGIN with a Microsoft or Google account, you will need to Sign Up for an Account following the steps above. The reason for this is that the Sign Up process gathers important information such as your Legal Name (for Background Checks and Verification certificates) and contact details, that cannot be provided by Microsoft or Google.

Refer to this article for further information on this process.
