Once a result is finalised for a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, you have the right to formally request to have your Certificate (also known as a Police Check Certificate or Check Results Report) deleted.

Please note, even if you make a request to have your Certificate to be permanently removed, as part of our accreditation with the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC), we are required to retain the document for a minimum of 90 days. After that time, the Certificate will be removed, with only the outcome remaining.

Under our Accreditation, we cannot remove your identity documents for a minimum period of 12 months.
