WorkPro is not a licencing body and you cannot renew your licence in WorkPro.
WorkPro manages workforce compliance on behalf of thousands of company's. Our purpose is to ensure that if you need a particular licence or ticket as part of your employment, that it remains current. That is why we send you an email alert as it is expirying.
If you have received an alert that your licence or ticket is expiring from WorkPro, it is a notification only. To renew your licence/ticket, you need to contact the Authorising Body that is displayed on the card to renew the licence or ticket.
Once you have renewed the card, advise your employer and they will send you a new request to upload the new licence so they can see it in their private dashboard.
