WorkPro is not a licencing body and you cannot renew your licence in WorkPro.
WorkPro manages workforce compliance on behalf of thousands of companies. Our purpose is to ensure that if you need a particular licence or ticket as part of your employment, that it remains current. That is why we send you an email alert as it is expiring.
If you have received an alert that your licence or ticket is expiring from WorkPro, it is a notification only. To renew your licence/ticket, you need to contact the Authorising Body that is displayed on the card to renew the licence or ticket.
Once you have renewed the card, if you are already sharing your previous licence with your current employer or recruiter, you can simply log into your WorkPro account, select Continue a Session and navigate to Tasks >> Licences & Tickets. Then select the Edit Licence option from the drop-down menu next to the expired licence, update the details accordingly and upload the new photo/s. As long as the licence is being "shared with" that employer or recruiter, the new copy and details will be sent through to them once it has been saved in your account.
Please note you only require a new token to be sent to you in an official email request if you are uploading a licence for a new recruiter or employer. If you no longer work for the employer or recruiter that you originally uploaded the expiring licence for, you can either ignore the email reminders or choose the opt out link.
