WorkPro takes the protection of your data and privacy seriously. WorkPro has attained the latest Australian security accreditation (2022) and conduct regular third party security penetration testing to ensure the highest levels of security are applied.


The WorkPro solution has in-built privacy that aligns with the Australian and New Zealand Privacy Principles.

Some of the key privacy guidelines which WorkPro adheres to include:

  • Username and Password - these are never sent in the same correspondence
  • Reset Password - resetting your password requires you to know your username. Password resets can be sent via email or text.
  • WorkPro support staff are not able to reset your password via phone or email.
  • You have complete control of your account and can change your password any time.
  • You have the right to delete your profile under certain conditions.
  • An organisation can only view certain data in your account, and always with your permission. This is done by either:
    • you entering a single use Token that a requesting organisation has provided to you and, once entered and you completing a task;
    • providing a subscribing organisation your unique WorkPro ID.
  • If you complete a background check on WorkPro, you need to provide 'informed consent' for each check that is processed. No background check can be viewed in your private profile. However, your pre-populated application form and identity documents are securely stored in case you are requested to complete a new check in the future.
