The WorkPro ID is unique to your profile. Think of it as your electronic or digital workforce compliance 'passport'.
If you have applied for a job and been asked to complete certain processes or checks within WorkPro, or uploaded requested documentation within WorkPro, then you have a digital workforce compliance 'passport'.
To save you time and having to repeat the same process in the future, store your WorkPro ID on your CV or as a note in your phone. If the next company that you apply for a job uses WorkPro, provide them your unique WorkPro ID, giving them permission to view your profile to see what you have completed already.
If you have already completed the tasks they required, they can verify the information digitally, which means you can be hired faster without you having to repeat the same tasks. If you need to complete additional tasks, the company will email/text you a new WorkPro request.
In summary:
1. Let the company know that you have a digital WorkPro profile, and give them your WorkPro ID. They will log into their account, enter your WorkPro ID and confirm the tasks that you have completed.
2. The result of your police check is a point in time check and cannot be shared with another company, and they cannot view your finalised police check using your WorkPro ID.
3. Results of other background checks cannot be seen by another company however, if they send you a request, enter the single use Token provided by them, open the task, and check that all of the information is still correct, provide consent if requested and submit the check. This includes citizenship and work rights checks, probity checks, and reference checks.
3. If you have a WorkPro ID and can't find it, that's ok. Log in your account, and you will find it under 'Account'. A company can also just send you a new request from WorkPro, but only the tasks that you have not previously completed will be displayed once you are logged in to your existing WorkPro profile. You will not need to repeat the same tasks unless they have expired.
