Your WorkPro ID can be found in your online WorkPro profile.
Once you are logged into WorkPro, you can find your WorkPro ID in the Profile Details tab, which is accessed by clicking on your initials in the bottom left hand corner, followed by the arrow in the pop-up window, as per the example below:
