If you complete an Australian Police Check in WorkPro, you will be able to view it in your secure personal WorkPro account for 90 days. After 90 days, it is removed for viewing by all parties, with only the result remaining.
Some WorkPro customers do however allow an existing check to be shared with them if the role and industry are the same, and the check is current for a specific period.
If a WorkPro customer does that this option activated on their account, and they send you a request for a police check, you will see a 'share' option when you open your profile and enter the unique Token provided in the invitation.
If you have an existing police check completed in WorkPro previously, select 'share' and consider the conditions under which they are willing to accept an existing check. If your existing check matches the conditions, you can upload your existing check. If your check does not meet these conditions, you should not upload your check, as it will be declined by the organisation, and you will need to complete a new check.
