For a range of reasons, the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is not able to provide you with specific information about the Police Check. If you have completed a Police Check using the WorkPro system, please contact WorkPro directly for any queries you may have. 

WorkPro has been an Accredited Agency of the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) since 2015, and on that basis will only accept applications or queries directly from WorkPro and not directly from applicants.

We work collaboratively and positively with the ACIC to ensure that every check that is processed through the WorkPro platform is treated effectively and efficiently. Sometimes there are delays in finalising a check if it is 'Referred', and it is necessary for this process to be conducted manually to ensure that the information released is correct.

We endeavour to keep you informed at all times, however, this process is important to be treated with the highest level of integrity and sensitivity and for this reason can take time to be completed. As soon as your check is finalised, you will receive a notification automatically.
