As of 7 December 2019, any court matters receiving an outcome of ‘Without Conviction’ are disclosable on checks required for the purpose of working with, or caring for, children and/or vulnerable people, and for the purpose of activities associated with a character test. If the applicant has stipulated in their purpose of the check that they will be having contact with vulnerable people, any outcome is disclosable.
