A copy of a police check certificate is automatically securely stored in your personal WorkPro account.

The Certificate is available for download for 90 days, after which time, it is automatically revoked from viewing as part of the new Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission requirements, which came in to effect on 1st January 2025.

Should a new check be required, you can either purchase and complete your own check, which can be done using WorkPro's service: https://www.australianpolicecheck.com.au/ or, an organisation will send an invitation to complete a new check.
