A Police check is considered a point-in-time check, meaning that the results only reflect police records on the date they are released by each police agency.

However, a police check certificate is visible in your WorkPro account and visible to the company you provided consent to complete a police check, for 90 days. After that time it is automatically deleted with only the check outcome visible.

Records are kept in WorkPro for 12 months. After this time, the record is automatically and permanently destroyed in line with the Privacy Act and the requirements of the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) along with the identity documents.
