This result indicates that there is no police history information held against the individual, or no information that may be released (for example, information regarding spent convictions).
Note: As of 7 December 2019, any court matters receiving an outcome of 'Without Conviction' are disclosable on checks required for the purpose of working with, or caring for, children and/or vulnerable people, and for the purpose of activities associated with a character test.
